If you would like to discuss any matters regarding the CEO please note the following steps:

The complaint will be logged by the Chairperson of the Board and acknowledged within five working days
An Investigator will be nominated by the Chairperson to investigate your complaint.
The Investigator will meet with you to discuss your complaint, as appropriate, and will work with you to try and find a solution.
